A meditation and reverie on a city that is both real and imaginary. Conceived as a documentary about the French "ZUP" (urban development zones), the film ultimately takes the form of a poetic confrontation with the psycho-geography of contemporary Europe in crisis. A requiem for a city dreamed of in the meantime of its past and its present.
